They were fine in hiring them, the men were very nice when moved me. One of them broke a glass tabletop and told me dont worry he would take pictures of it and they would reimburse me or get me a new one. I was happy with them even gave what for me was a nice tip. After they left and I started to unpack, I saw they put boxes on top of boxes marked glass/fragile. They had not taken a TV out to trash as they said they would, old fashioned one 25 inches that weighed a lot. They also did not take a glass tabletop out of my car that they asked me to take since it was fragile and assured me they would bring into house. When went back to apt from which I had moved which was luckily only a few minutes away I found they laft all of the broken glass there. (Darius the one who broke the glass top (and that happens I dont have an issue with it it was an accident) told me he wa staking pictures of the table top and what had happened with it, as well as the rest of the table. He then told me at the new place he would take pictures of the table (which of course was minus the glass) turns out he never took any pictures at all. I contacted centurion first they emailed back I'm so very sorry to hear about you'r experience! That does not represent our company and who we are! Im truly sorry! But what I will do now is Send your claim over to our claims department, And you should hear back from them with in 10- 20 business days" sent to me on Sept 10. sounded good but then turns out this is exactly who and what they are.
Never heard back from claims. It is now over a month later. In addition they promised they would replace the top then told me I needed to take pics cause their people didnt. then told me I would need to get a piece of the glass and bring it to their office (about a 30 minute drive from where I live) I told them I would not do that. They broke it It is their responsibility. Then they told me in more then one email they would replace the tabletop only to then send another email telling em it is only 60 cents a pound since i did not get extra insurance that they would give me for the glasstop. Then they said they would replace it, again and now I have heard nothing from them at all since Sept 17th. Based on my experience with them they are liars, unprofessional, and lack any basic respect not only for the customer but for their reputation. They told me "trash removal is not their responsibility" so Darius or other movers did not have to remove the glass they broke. They broke it. It was their responsibility to remove it.
