Centerpoint showed me the worst customer service in the history of retail stores.
1 - I got misleaded by the team.
2 - I got forced to use $100 that I decided to to spend just after 15 minutes of making the purchase ( didn't wear the shoes yet, and didn't even leave the mall yet )
3- I got tricked big time by the joke: Sir if you spend $50 or more, you will get 75,000 LL coupon that you can use between 15 and 20 of December). But after I made the transaction, the cashier started explaining the story in full::: the fact that I still need to buy with $50 value in order to be able to redeam the 75,000 LL.....
I feel that I have been crooked big time. Specially that they refused to give me my money back. (Very poor service.... The cashier is supposed to recite the return policy to the customer before making the purchase ) or at least ask the poor customer if he or she does know about your return policy.
Now I have a balance of $100 that is valid for 6 months and that is printer on thermal paper that will absolutely fade out within three months.
On top, after this experience, I feel like I have been robbed. I don't understand, you gave me shoes... I gave you real money... I gave you the intact shoes within 15 min. You don't refund my money ?????
You think I feel like stepping in such store in the future ?
I called the management and didn't get any help. Except that the lady started repeating what I already heard. The store manager says that the system doesn't allow refunds. What kind of POS system in the whole world doesn't do this ? You haven't heard of the terms : void , refund, void reason,.??? That is shameful. You really can't suppose that the customer is very very illeterate or stupid.
