I contacted this company to finance a mortgage. They checked our credit and history no issue. I paid for an appraisal, and that's when we started to have problems. The appraisal company that came out wasn't dressed approiately or proffesional.
The appraisal came back short of what we wanted and we asked it be judged again. The mortgage advisor sent a document to be completed by a real estate agent. The document was completed and sent back. There was no change to appraiser's report.
I talked to the "Branch Manager" Sean and asked for a refund of the appraisal. To which he started this whole scenario of what occured and pushed back onto we signed documents stating we would pay for the appraisal. Then I started to get a little upset and then he got an attitude with me.
I asked to speak with his manager and his response was GOOD LUCK. He told me that he could report me federally for how I spoke to him on the phone. I told him to go ahead.
