In 2013 Cement Doctors LLC of New Castle applied a waterproof paint to both outside porches. One is under a roof the other is not. They both had cracks and looked unsightly. Before a year was up, I called to complain the cracks are back and I was still getting water under the porches. I was told Joe (the owner) is suffering from cancer and they aren't doing any work on anything. In 2015, after seeing another ad from them, I called and again expressed my concern for the cracks and was made to feel unsympathetic regarding Joe's condition and put cement ahead of his illness. But they would certainly honor my warranty. I finally placed a complaint with the BBB and I see they posted a reply saying I didn't not due annual maintenance. I had problems even before a year was up and was supposed to be under a 2 year warranty. Finally they told me to get someone else because they are not going to do anything for me. Do Not let this company do any work for you. They do not back up their work and certainly do not honor any warranty.
We hired Cement Doctors in late May 2016 to do some stucco and wall repair. the work started off well in early June and was progressing nicely. In late june the amount of work slowed down but was still happening. Since June 29th until today (August 11th) no work has been done on my home. I have left easily 100 messages and texts and the owner Ray refuses to speak to me. I only get responces via text and even that has now stopped. Ray keeps promising someone will come out and finish the work and the days come and go with no progress or communication. it has now been 6 weeks with no work and spots of my back wall exposed to the elements and my entire back yard being taken up by equipment. I was promised "no more excuses we will have the work done 8/8/2016" Its now 8/11 and we have not been able to even get a text responce.
