I ordered a cell phone case on nov 30th and paid for it by credit card. It was to be in before Christmas but when i didn't receive it in time I called them and told them i want to cancel it. They said to wait for it to come in the mail and then just return it unopened and they would credit me back.
i didn't get it until early feb so i returned it unopened the same day. i kept checking with they as to why there was still not credit on my card and they said they had not received it back yet and as soon as they did they would resend it back to me. i told them i didn't want it because it was supposed to be for Christmas and it was way past the time frame.
We went back and forth for a month or so and they kept saying they hadn't got it yet and they will send it back to me when they did. i couldn't get it through their heads that i wanted my money back and not the case. i didn't buy the new phone to go with it for Christmas.
in the beginning of feb they finally got the order back so for some strange reason it took from nov 30 to feb for it to be sent to me and i returned it to them on the same day i received it. i told them now that they have the order back unopened i want my money back and they told me it was past the refund time frame.
emails went back and forth until the end of feb when they finally realized that i didn't need the case for the phone i never bought. they offered me a case for the phone that i have now. feb 25 they said they sent me my new order. mar 10 they said it was returned to them and they needed to confirm my address (which they already had on file and sent me previous items).
since ordering the case in nov i have had nothing but stress with this company. They keep using excuses about the mail being slow or it being a holiday. It’s been over four months to get an order that should have been here in 5-10 business days. They keep telling me to give it a while longer. I told them if it’s not in my hands by apr 8th that I was putting in a complaint but I have had enough and I know that it’s not going to be here.
I ordered from CELLRISON on Dec 5, 2015. On Dec 25th I received an email from Elizabeth Smith in response to one I sent requesting a refund, assuring me my order is on the way and had been delayed by the volume of mail during 'the season' and would arrive in 5-7 days. It is now January 17, 2016, and still no further response from the notoriuos Ms. Smith or CELLRISON. There is no contact information on the website other than the email ([email protected]).
I guess Buyer Beware is in order here. I'm just surprised to discover that Amazon is allowing CELLRISON to sell under their flagship. I'm disappointed and will think hard before ordered with Amazon again. I have a copy of the email from Elizabeth Smith, if needed.
I'm just fearful that this company will make other charges to my account. Can anything be done?
I ordered a phone charger for my Samsung Galaxy S5 from this store. My original charger broke and I was in a pinch to get a new one. I originally thought that $4 was a good deal for a 10ft USB cord, only the entire website failed to mention that it was just a USB cord, and had no actual wall charger with it. It was also being shipped from China which they failed to mention, and I needed a charger within days not the 3 months it would take this company to even ship the product. I immediately looked for a refund, which I ended up just having to email them, nobody ever responded and 5 mouths later I got the USB cord. I emailed several more times and got no response and the 30 day refund time was up by the time they even bothered with sending a generic automated response. So I just kept the thing even if I didn't want it, it sat a drawer unopened for a long time until 2 weeks ago when my charger went out and I had to open and use the cellrizon USB cable. Now 2 weeks later the thing is already malfunctioning, and again cellrizon won't respond to my emails. This company is 100% a generic rip off.
