Cellogica offered a 14 day free trial period, during which time you can return the product if not completely satisfied. The problem with this is they leave out a lot of important information in their terms and conditions. These are just some of the problems I came across with customer service: 1) The free sample they send you is not a trial sample at all, but the actual one month supply they would normally send if someone ordered the product. 2) If you call to cancel the product, customer service will tell you, they will cancel any future orders but can't refund the $129.00 they already charged on your card because the product has already been used or opened. The price of this product is nowhere to be found. 3) You have a 14 day trial period in which to try their product, but you also have a 30 day money back guarantee if not satisfied. This was never honored by customer service. 4) It is stated in Cellogica's terms and conditions that their returns are easy and that once they receive your bottle credit can be issued, minus a stocking fee and shipping and handling charges. Trust me when I say their returns are anything but easy, but instead non-existent! 5) They use their own policies as an excuse as to why they cannot refund your money although the terms and conditions state otherwise. 6) I was hung up on twice by customer service while attempting to resolve this issue, and one person was a supervisor.

Something needs to be done to make sure customers are able to get their money back, and are never treated the way I was treated again!!!

On March 11, 2016, I ordered a sample of Cellogica. The ad stated that I would pay for the shipping and handling fee of $4.95, and I would get to try the product out for 14 days. After that, if I didn't cancel, my account would be charged $129.95 monthly for more product.

I placed this order on a Friday, and I believe I received it the following Tuesday, March 15. I was suspicious of the package since there was no, "Thank you for your order," letter that you would usually receive with an online order. There was no invoice, no information about the company, no information about the order, no information about the return policy ~ Nothing! I went back to check the site to refresh my memory about the specifics of my order, and I couldn't find the site where I had originally placed the order. (My bad for not taking some kind of notes!!!) However, I decided to try the product since I didn't have time to keep researching ~ we were leaving for a couple of days, and I figured I would get it sorted out when we returned. I had 14 days to try it, so why not?

The morning of Friday, March 25, my account was charged $129.95. I called the company after I found some contact information online. I told the rep that I was cancelling my "subscription," since I hadn't thought that the product was improving the dry patches on my cheeks. She replied that it really takes three months to notice anything. (What is the point of a 14-day trial?) She then told me that she would cancel my subscription for a $2.00 service fee. WHAT?! I told her she would do no such thing, and I read the information right from the Cellogica ad I had in front of me to her, which stated that a person can cancel at anytime with no obligation to pay anything further. She asked me to hold, and when she came back on the line, she said she could waive the service fee. I then told her that for some reason I had been charged the $129.95 charge, and I hadn't even had the product for 14 days. She reminded me that I had placed the order on March 11th, and that is concidered the first day of the trial...never mind that I didn't get to start using the product until 5 days later due to the order falling on a Friday afternoon.

Even so, if we went from the date of order of Friday, March 11, then Friday, March 25, happened to be day 14, so do I not have until the end of the business day to cancel my subscription without a charge on my account?!? Apparently not! She told me that there was nothing more that could be done, and she would not reverse or refund my money. I asked to speak to her supervisor, and she told me that there was nobody else that could help me. After going back and forth with her, she became rude and hung up on me.

I called my bank right away, and a claim was filed. I just received a letter from them stating the claim is closed due to my "authorization" of the purchase. This so-called authorized payment was still in the pending status when I called my bank, and it didn't post until March 28, so I am also very unhappy with how my bank "helped" solved this issue.

Please, please do not buy from this company. I am glad that the product did not help my skin because I would hate to be purchasing from a company that has terrible customer service and comes accross as very sketchy with policies. Good companies take care of their customers and train their employees how to be professional and curteous!

SCAM

This company is a fraud and should be investigated. Much like the other reviews here, I received my 14 day trial, and 9 days later was charged $230. I called to complain that I hadn't even gotten through the 14 days, but it is from the day of order, which is absolutely ridiculous. I have been told to ship it back for a refund, but I have no hope of ever receiving one. I was hung up on twice by customer service, and the woman was very rude when I asked for spelling of the return address. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Was a free sample order and shipping and handling was the only money to be paid... I was not aware that after giving my credit card information that later the company charged full price on products without my consent. I called them to dispute the charges but the sales representative was uncooperative and would not transfer me to supervisor. She was rude and hung up on me. I am very livid and feel very violated!!! I want my money refunded to my credit card ASAP!!! Joanna Krupa should be very ashamed of herself for ripping hard working people off and false advertising a product that is harmful to the public!

About the trial of cellogica and was charged the $4.95. Not even a month later on in July my bank called me because they noticed some weird activity from this company. They had charged my bank account twice $77.97 and we're also trying to push through $140 in my bank account on the exact same day. We reverse the charges my bank and I both try to call them at the number listed on their website and all you get is we're too busy right now leave a message will call you back with no phone call since July back. I called the number that was back on the back of my bottle and talk to representative who said well your bank's handling it you'll just have to deal with that and hung up on me I've been trying to get the rest of my money back since July and now I'm looking at getting an attorney.

Product - Good Scam-Absolutely!

DO NOT order this product unless you are prepared to be billed for $129.00 dollars every month thereafter without your consent. Any time a company does not enclose a statement, an address, any information at all as to how to return a product, this should raise a red flag. After I saw the ad for FREE trial (had to pay only shipping), I ordered, not having any idea that product costs $129.00 and would be sent to my address on a monthly basis, with that amount being placed on my credit card. I haven't opened it and yes, I could return it to address on box. But that doesn't mean charge will be removed from my card, it would not. Stay away from this company!
