A good product doesn't have to screw you to get you to buy it.

What a load of crap, that is what I think of the product, the mode of stealing money from the consumer, and the promises they make in advertisement. Any actress is playing Russian roulette with their careers when they sign on to promote a product that has to lie and cheat and steal from their buyers just to get the business . Don't buy from this outfit, don't buy from the companies selling the product don't fall for the scam and dirty practices. If you already have contact the states attorney general in the state you reside in and add your name to the list of other people they have scammed. The states attorney general will then use your name and others to not only ban the sale of the product in your state but he will if given enough information and enough complaints file a law suit against the company and the the companies and people who have anything to do with misrepresenting the product it's claims or the way they market the product. This is a company that needs to go out of business.

I contacted them very rude and they hung up on me and then I contacted kohls and they said they never send surveys through email I can not believe this I offered to send the products back but they said no since it's opened. It clearly states FREE trial and it isn't not free do not use this company!!!

This company told me it was a survey from kohls department store which I had recently shopped at. I did the survey and then was told if I just paid for shipping I would receive the product FREE. A few days later and here I am being charged over 230$$$. I contacted them and they were so rude the first person hung up on me. I contacted kohls and they said they never send email surveys so they cannot help me either. I contacted my bank to change my debit card and cancel it because the one second charge is a recurring fee this company would continue to charge me. This is a complete scam it says free and it is not free and they operate under the assumption you're filling out a survey for kohls who has no idea they are doing so.

I avoided Christy Brinkley skin care when I saw my "free offer" was for 14 days only and I would then be billed fore-ever after at an expensive monthly rate. So I was aware of the trap, but Cellogica was offered through Costco and I saw no boiller print so I thought they were legit. Whoops!

On day 14 my credit card was hit for $141.65 and another "free" product,Rapid Repair Eye Serum, hit with another $108.95. Their phone was a call center in Phoenix and the receptionist didn't know where the actual company was located. I was able to cancel future charges but given only a 30% refund on the $250 these thieves already had.

Why are these crooks not in jail? Beware of "free" especially involving skin care.

Received this product in the mail! Was supposed to be $2.50 wife said. After pushing her she said ok was $4.95!

I then got online and read about hundreds of people getting ripped off! I called immediately to cancel! It was extremely difficult and at first she said I could not cancel and had to send the product back! I said we paid 4.95 and I'm not doing that!

The woman the said it would be $49.95 only! I said, "Oh No it's not!!! YOU ARENT GETTING ANOTHER DIME!"! Then she said $19.95! I said NO! Then it went to $9.95 and I said Ok but you are really pissing me off! Finally she said ok and she would waive it all and ther will be no charge! I got a Cancellation # and there best be no charge! We will see but it took alot of work and anger and anxiety! Total ripoff and won't let my wife do that ever again!

If it had been my wife on the phone I am sure she would have never gotten out of this scam!

Ordered the free trial of the Cellogica day and night cream, and paid $4.95 for shipping. 14 days later, I was charged $129.99 for the order. I called to get a refund, and was told that I had to cancel by phone within 14 days.

There was nothing they could do. They had to follow the rules of the supplier. I couldn’t get my money back. It’s a SCAM! Nothing online about being charged later for the FREE sample. You don’t even get the 30 days supply.

You just get to pay an extra $129.99 for the trial size that you already received that was supposed to be FREE! Worst customer service ever. Even if the product actually worked miracles, I wouldn’t buy it!!!!

I ordered the free trial when i went back to the website it was no longer in existence i called the number on the back of the bottle after i saw them deduct my account twice for 7797 back in july my bank had called me to alert me to this fraudulent activity because the company was turning around try to deduct even more money out of my bank account. I never got the product that they charge me for and when i called him out on it the lady said i have to take it up with my bank and hung up on me

On behalf of my elderly mother-in-law who is hard of hearing, I called Cellogica twice this morning and was hung up on both times! My mom-in-law had purchased a trial of their cream for $2.95. She never authorized automatic monthly withdraws of $134.90. I called to request refunds for the three months that Cellogica automatically withdrew from her bank account without authorization. The first customer rep stated they had not yet received the product back from my mom-in-law (it was shipped back to Cellogica on 1/18/17). The rep was extremely rude and then she hung up on me!

I immediately called back and spoke to another customer rep. I explained the situation, told her that my mom-in-law lost her husband last year, works hard as a horse breeder, and the money that was illegally taken from her account creates a financial strain and needs to be reimbursed. She indicated she was issuing a credit for the December order but per their policy they could not do anything about the October and November orders. I firmly but respectfully requested to speak to a supervisor, at which point she said the supervisors stand by their policy and then she hung up on me!

My mom-in-law liked the cream but said it certainly wasn't worth the $135. Based on their unethical practices of automatically charging customers without permission and their deplorable customer service, I would NEVER order a thing from this company. I will also be notifying the BBB and our local attorney general's office of the company's poor business practice.

I recieved an email from my favorite drug store, ( anyway I thought it was from them) to take a survey of their service. I finished and up popped different items in which I perceived as things I would recieve for taking survey to which would only cost about 4.99 for shipping and nothing else popped up. 14 days later and I am charged on bank account 129.99 for cell revival and 99.95 for eye serum to which I did not authorize further payment.

I called customer service and talked with three different people and they refused to refund. All they would do is offer discount to continue to recieve this product. I asked for a manger repeatedly and got a run around. They continuosly said it was their policy and would not refund or credit my account. they kept asking for my account number in order to find me on their system and repeatedly couldnt find me unless by my credit card which after what I have percieved as inapprpriate. Why on earth would I want to give them my credit number after they have charged me into a deficit with my bank.

At the most that I got from this is high blood pressure and a cancelled product gratefully, dtyill and $ 230.00 in the hole. I am not at all very happy how I was decieved and then charged without warning of said product.

????

All the complaints I've read about this product, on all different website, are about the company not honoring the customers cancellations. So I would think they're all written by the same person. None of the complaints say anything about the product.

I saw this ad for cellogica.... 14 day free trial for price of shipping only AND if you add these two other creams you get them all for $9.98 ( why not $10 for a trial) unfortunately they took $298.76 out of my account on day 14 which to my shock WAS not in their agreement as they claimed when I called.. I told them I didn't want it and I would return with my money back. " sorry mrs ..... But you cannot return only cancel your next subscription which by the way you never agreed to to begin with! And furthermore you don't agree to the extra payment ( regardless of what it is) after the initial shipping fee! I actually got to speak to a representative of the company who then had to speak to his superior and came back with sorry Mrs ...... thats all we can do ... " have a good day" terrible terrible terrible ... And just food for thought why are they sending a 30 day supply for a 14 day trial and probable return? Who gets results in 14 days? They say it's in an agreement when you tick the box! They should most certainly notify you via mail if you are expected to return or pay further money! Scam Scam Scam they could notify I'm sure if you had insufficient funds, why not mail you for payment verification instead of you ticked the box garbage.
