I did an emergency service call for for one of their clients on March 10th, 2018. Their customer (Walgreen's) was without power at around 5pm. Because of the urgency, I did the repair right away without filling out paper work. The CD maintenance representative agreed to have me do the repair right away. After the repair was completed they said I had to fill out all their paperwork and become a vendor in order to get paid. I gave them a w9 and a certificate of insurance but refused to fill out their vendor form. They will not pay me. It was been 2 months. Do not work for this company!!! They are a rip off..
They hired us to complete a job for Walgreens here in Missoula back in November of 2017, it's now mid March of 2018 and still no payment. They pretended to look into it. We submitted all required paperwork, vendor packet, check ins, signed off paperwork, broken down invoice, pictures...there is no excuse. I am now sending them to collections. I recommend other companies to do the same. Make sure you keep all your documentation, correspondence, everything.
They called me in October 2017 and asked me if i could replace a Fedx shelf at a Walgreens in Peoria IL. i did and returned signed paperwork and pictures then 2 months went by i contacted them about payment and they told me they didn't have my vendor package and i said no one sent me one so they apologised and sent me one and i filled it out and sent it back and two months later they sent me an email that said that my insurance had to add them as additional insured so i told them that all the other maintenance companys i work for are ok with certificate holder and that additional insured would cost me almost as much as the job pays, i'm sure they got paid and it looks like a scam to me, I will be sending a notice of intent to Lien on the owner of the building if it helps or not they will know what kind of company they are working with.
I installed a shelving unit at a Walgreen's store in Schererville, Indiana on October 20, 2017. As of today, I have still not bee paid for this service. The agreement with "CD Maintenance Co." was 45 days. My calls are not returned and when I finally do reach someone, I am told that they will "check into it".
On January 26, 2018, I was told that a check was finally going to be written and put in the mail the following Monday-January 29th.
As of the date of this writing, I have still not been paid. I spoke with the company again yesterday (February 5, 2018), and was once again told that they would "check into it".
