I was looking at my credit report and I have notied that there was a company name CBE GROUP with the total amount of 819$. I have not changed my verizon plan account and this is the only account that I have had cell phone provider wise for the past 9 years! Please remove your information from my report!
About two years ago I was contacted by this company. They informed me that I had a court hearing that morning and If I didn't take care of payment, I was facing jail time.
First I wrote the "case #" for the courts and looked it up. No such case exsisted. Then they tried to make a "deal" with me. I told them not to call me again.
Six months later they call me again. Same court story and all. I had told them that I dismiss them and told them to refer my "case" back to the original creditor. Once again, told them not to contact me or family as they have done in the past.
They have since contacted my ex-wife, and my mother trying to use the "court case" bull as in the past to scare my mother. I have had it with these people. They have screwed my credit with eronious charges, way more than I owe.
