This place misdiagnoses your dog, then they do surgery on it, and they overcharge you of the amount of what it should be. Then they leave the dog in your own care right out of surgery basically to die. They do not provide overnight care at all whatsoever there. They release the dog to you within 10 minutes out of surgery for you to take the dog home and take care of the dog yourself. They say well you could take it to Hickory ER overnight and they’ll run a IV in the dog overnight but it yet it’s $1300. that you have to pay if you want to go that route. We’re like what! with finding out with having to call ourselves, even though they said, they would call and find out for us and call us back for which they never did. They don’t do any follow ups at all whatsoever either on the dog that they do the surgery on. Very careless people that that work there and the owner that owns a place is very heartless and careless and so is her associate doctor as well that works there with her, or she did the surgery and never called to check up on the dog afterwards or even the next day and still not to this day either and it's already been eight days. We were expecting a phone call in the morning the next day, and we received nothing at all whatsoever and still to this day, nothing. This is the WORST vet office I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I recommend going somewhere else if I were you.
