I purchased two items on 8/14/2022, linked through Pinterest. The items were delivered on 8/31/2022. One of the two items did not fit and therefore, I emailed the company per their website instructions on 8/31/2022, to request a return/exchange of one item.
The website states "customers should email the company to request a return and a return address." I advised the company via email my reason for a return/exchange. However, as of date and after sending 7 emails on 9/2, 9/7, 9/10, 9/13, 9/1, 9/19 and 9/22 to: [email protected] and [email protected], I have not received a response.

Return Conditions:
• You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.

• Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
• We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
• We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.
