I filed for a loan on-line. I received a message stating that I had to send $105.00 to start application. Then everytime I sent that money, they contacted me and said I had to send more because of taxes in his state.
Then I had to send more for the taxes in my state. All together I sent money to him with greendot money pack. The total aount sent was $1970.00. I still have the letter sent to me stating that I had to send him $750.00 for arrange agreement copy. I have all my receipts from where I purchased the money packs, and I still have the money pack cards. I also have the name and number of the first person I talked to.
I was suppose to get a $5000.00 loan with a payment of $180.00 monthly. I did not receive anything. I finally realized I was getting screwed when they said I needed to send more moeny. I told them the deal was off and asked for my money back. That never happened, This happened in June of 2014.
Michael even sent an attachment of the "Affidavit" with the name Michael Dean, CASH USA 101 E Green St Atlanta GA 30301.
Had my SSN, place of work, E-mail address, Drivers License number, and bank information for a closed account.
Reading the emails shows very shaky English. Example: "Please let us know what is your intention, you want to resolve this matter by paying the outstanding amount of $954.00 or you want to fight against company in courthouse".
Also, never heard of a legimate company representative using an GMAIL account for collections.
Provided no phone numbers, and was unable to procuce any loan documents I requested.

Says that I owe $1210 then pulls out my file and says I owe them $510. Then says that they are going to take me to court. I called the two company that I took loans out and they said they never report to any Debt collection companies. So I'm gonna take it as a scam.
Got an e-mail about some I got, but never got a loan from this company never even heard of CASH USA, but they have my SSN# and I do not know how, I sent them a response to send me a actuall bill so I can see it and told I would turn them in if they sent my SSN# through e-mail again. I have the e-mail saved just let me know how to send it to you.
