I was talki long to a "customer service rep" by the name of amanda via email for a couple of weeks in January and they said that their accounting department was "behind" on issuing payments. Called the phone number listed several times with no response or phone call back. Sent numerous text messages. Tried calling from different phone numbers and could not get anyone to answer or call back. This was 2 months ago.

I have used the company for a while. In december of 2017 they received my test strips and i never received payment. After flooding their email on a daily basis with about 10 emails to them a day threatening to call bbb and flood facebook with bad reviews they finally emailed me and said they got behind over the holidays and would email me when payment was sent...here it is 6 month later and still nothing. I am again demanding my product or payment and flooding their email again. probably wont hear from them.

I contacted cashnowoffer.com in early january 2018. It took them about 3 weekjs just to send me their mailing kit. After hearing nothing foir weeks I contacted them and received a phone call and an email from their ashley who acknowledged receiving my 6 boxes of one touch ultra teststrips quantity 100 each. she gave me a price of $237.00 and apologized for the long delay. That was on 2/13/18. Apparently she was part of the scam. her number is disconnected and no one replies to the emails. I noticed that their website had a warning from the new owner that they were no longer paying in one day but up to 5 weeks. I have his name which was spanish but it's probably fake. This company is a scam. I sent them 2 boxes of test strips 12/17/2017. They were delivered 12/23/2017. They owe me $56.00. It is 3/11/2018 and I haven't seen a dime. I was talki long to a "customer service rep" by the name of amanda via email for a couple of weeks in January and they said that their accounting department was "behind" on issuing payments. They refused to give me any other information. I sent a couple.more emails then amanda supposedly transferred my information over to a Natalie in their accounting dept. I sent her several emails, no response. I have called several times and left voicemails no response. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I don't anticipate that I will ever see a dime of that.money, it's sad really, you think you are helping other people by selling your additional test strips the lesson its taught me is to not bother doing that again. Approximately three weeks ago I send in a box of diabetic test strips. This company offered to pay me $44 for each box i sent in. There was supposed to be a 24 hour turn around. They never sent my payment and I don't think they ever will.

I sent test strips in unopened, undamaged boxes. Jeff paid for half ,claiming that the other half had damaged labels and could not be used. He claimed they had been destroyed within a few days and could not be returned.
He also failed to pay the $10. bonus.
I also sent $699 to jeff and his team, I did receive a check 2 days later but for only half, the amount we were expecting, we were told that the boxes were damaged,we checked each box and dates to be sure that nothing was outdated. but of course, a letter was added to the check to let us know that they were, as if we didn't have sense enough to know what we had sent. We felt so cheated.

Cashnowoffer is ripping clients off nationwide by agreeing to purchase diabetic test strips, receiving them by USPS mail and refusing to pay. There is no way to contact them after they get your product and will not pay.
The company received my test strips on February 2, 2018. 24 days later I have received no payment and no information. I have called, faxed, and emailed at least a dozen times attemping to reach someone regarding the status of my order. This appears to be a total scam.
