I purchaed a macy's gift card from Cashcard.com for the value of 100.00 but only paid 91.00 for it. I purchased it in November 2015 for a christmas gift for my sister. My sister and I went shopping in March 2016 and the card had no value on it. I called them and they said they would give me a credit back for the 91.00 and it would be on my credit card within 3-5 business days. I checked and it wasn't so I called them again and was told the same thing, and still nothing. That's when I sent them and email requesting my refund only to receive one back, too bad, it's after the 45 days so we can't do anything about it. WHAT?? 45 days, when did gift cards fun out? This company if fraudlent and should be removed from the internet and also selling gift cards. There are so many complaints on the internet regarding this company. Offered $410 for a $500 Bloomingdales card. Said they would put check in the mail 1-2 days after they received the card. Two weeks later still getting the run-around and put on hold every time I call or email.
