He had several DUIs, drug charges, domestic violence cases and possible rape charges. DO not trust David Winslett, he is a con artist, a crook and unprofessional. I reached out to another mortgage company that week and the agent was able to get my loan approved, turns out Winslett was too lazy to do some calculations and review of my rental income. Do not trust Winslett, he may bounce around from company to company, he will never change his ways of being a shady illegitimate loan officer.
