I ordered a phone case from this company and they sent me the wrong one. Upon inquiry, they informed me that I ordered the incorrect case. I contend that I did not, but, no problem, they advertise "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" and a "30 Day Money Back Guarantee". Yet, they refuse to exchange my case. They told me..."You can gift it to someone, we dont want it back".
Now, I purchased this case through an ad they were running on Facebook, which does not state their return policy. But on their full website, they state that "Just becasue you dont like the case..." it's not a good reason for return. I asked them exactly what they thought "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" meant and they refused to answer.
This is not misleading advertising, because their 100% Statisfaction and 30 Money Back guarantees are straight-forward and direct...not much to misunderstand in those to statements. This is outright deceptive and fraudulent advertising. They tell you that if you buy their product, sight-unseen, that they will guarantee that you will like it or they will give you your money back....for up to 30 days from time of purchase. This is all a lie.
Buyer beware of this fraudent and decptive company.
