I signed a contract with them 2 years ago on July 8th saying that I would be renting to own they gave me one price and after a while I have to ask again how much more do I owe after a year-and-a-half they couldn't give me a price then told me that I was denied to move in but still let me move in. now she's saying that there was mistakes on my rent and that I should be paying more told me that I wouldn't have changes overnight then she tells me that I never had a contract saying that I was a rent to own and that I was just renting after asking will when can I move out she's telling me I can't give a 30 day notice until June 1st then tells me that I need I need to pay $766.09 for the month of March when they gave me my bill it was original $675.94. they rip off a lot of people in this community but because most of the community is illegals nobody says anything. they also just switch so that we can make payments online and told her that we will have a fee of 2.5 percent of a fee when we pay online with a debit or credit card and did not give us a choice anymore to bringing a money order.
