I placed an order over the phone a week ago and paid with my credit card for the order. Then i emailed to ask for a tracking number and got no answer after multiple emails, so i decided too call both the numbers on their website multiple times with no answer. I either dont get a response or i get hung up on.
I ordered a HID Kit from this company and agreed on a price. I checked my bank statement on-line a few minutes later to discover that I had been significantly overcharged. I called back and cancelled my order and was told to f**k-off by the owner who then hung up! I called back but my calls all went to voice mail so I emailed several times to cancel my order. I never heard back nor did I receive any tracking information. A week later my order arrived and it was incomplete. My bank filled a claim and found that this company has a horrible record for ripping people off. I have been assured that I will receive a full refund by the bank.
The online company Car Xenon Hid .com sent me inoperative head lights. I called customer service to get a return lable and they promised that they would sent it to my email. I have been waiting For days for the return lable email and have also called over 10 time with no responce. Please dont do business with this company if you value your time and money. Thank god i payed with my credit card so i can use the charge back option. This company is a complete waste of time.
This so called business is a total scam!! I ordered $200 of HID's from this "business" which is 1 single guy operationg as a middle man... I was going to place an order on their website and I had put all of my info in and what not but backed out before the sale... I get a call not 5 minutes after logging off of the computer and it was a sales guy from the website saying he would make me a deal on the ligths.. $40 off the lights and free overnight shipping, total was supposed to be $160 to my door. After getting off the phone with him I didnt feel great about it and immediately checked my account to see I was charged $180. I called back and asked why when I was quoted $160 to my door and he said "taxes". Taxes would've been $13 on that transaction so that was a lie, he charged me for shipping..
Get the kits and they dont work properly so I call back to see if he would send replacements and all he wanted to do is sell me more items. Fog light kit didnt even fit in the housing so I called back yet again to see if he would send me the rigth bulbs and I would send him these back so he said he had to charge me $20 overnight to my house and I bit like an idiot .. he charged me $40 ($20 over again). I call him back immediately to cancel the order and he said it was too late it shipped ( within 5 min .. please!!). Finally after weeks of emails and no response from him I threaten with a lawyer. He told me the address to send the kits and I did .. now waiting on my refund that I more than likely will never see!!! This man needs to be stopped!!
Dealing with these people is pretty much the worst experience I can think off. I have been in the automotive repair industry for over 40 years now, have installed dozens of HID kits into vehicles from various manufacturers and was almost always treated like a valued client. These people however do not seem to value their customers at all. First I received the wrong parts in the initial order, after contacting them I got the answer: 'we don't make mistakes like that' but 2 weeks later finally received the correct pieces after stopping the credit card payment ( no communication that the part was ever even sent). 4 weeks later a customer of mine ordered lights for his Mercedes Benz and also received the wrong lights (lights for H4 instead of 9004). Now one of the lights in my wife's vehicle is not functioning so I contacted the company about the warranty procedure: after 2 days I got the response: 'we have to ask our technician'. The website claims that they give a LIFETIME WARRANTY. I guess they mean the lifetime of the part rather than MY lifetime. POOR SERVICE, POOR COMMUNICATION, NO WARRANTY. AVOID BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!
I ordered a light kit for my bmw motorcycle. It did not fit and I only got lip service and lies. No refund no corrections. Finally, they stopped answering my calls like the slime they are.
