I thought i was on the dmv website and got duped to enter my credit card information.
I renewed our car registration on January 1, 2019. When I received our credit card statement, there are 3 charges from Car Registration Advisors on January 1 and 3 in the amout of $3.99, $1.00, and $19.99 respectively. I called the their phone number listed on my statement, 866-721-7460, only to be told that my husband had charged these amount for a document stating how to register a car in Arkansas.
My husband never received an email from Car Registration Advisors, but somehow they had his name and our credit card account number. I am disputing these charges and cancelling our credit card today!
