I bought a car from Carplex May 22, 2014. From the time I took it off the lot it had issues. I am being overcharged way more than what the car is worth, and since I got the car no one was willing to help me get rid of this piece of junk. I was having some issue with the car and because it had two recalls on it, I was instructed to take it to the dealership. It had issues with the transmission. A problem that was supposedly fixed but wasn't. I drove a rental car for about a month. I got the car back maybe drove it for a week and had to take it back again. I went back to carplex numerous times to try to get rid of the car within the 1st year til now 2017. With no success, the transmission was out again as of July 2017. It has been one problem after another. I contacted the BBB and they claimed they could not find the vin #. I was so irate I went back and let the guy know how I felt about the piece of junk he sold me. It is a shame how these car companies will take advantage of you when your financially challenged. It is by far the worst decision I've made and it's costing me big. I can't even drive this car and my payment is about $400 a month. Can someone get out of this Lemon, piece of junk? It's costing me my livelihood.
