Installation was horrible and less than professional. Contacted owner and was verbally abused and threatened when I tried to rectify situation.
Contacted installer personally and settled on an amount for final payment. Installer picked up check-- stated deposit did not go through on bank app correctly-- showed husband proof that amount deposited was wrong--was given a second check for the balance-- and next day had both checks cashed. We were scammed over $400! When installer was contacted-he became verbally abusive and refuses to return money or phone calls
This is an Awful and unprofessional company. Thieves and scammers
Matter was discussed with local authorities

Carpet Wisconsin's products and custom service are horrible. First off I bought 1400 SF of flooring from them and more than half it was cut wrong. If you've ever installed flooring, you know the pieces have to be the same to keep the lines right.
They sell 2nd quality products and push them as first quality. I told them and the owner starts threatening me, cussing at me then hangs up. Super professional Kevin Wolk. Now they've blocked my calls and messages from social media.
