Plaintiff's, Larry R Macpherson (Hereinafter reffered to as Plaintiff) Pro-se, for it's Complaint against Defendant, Transfer online, Inc., ("Hereinafter reffered to as Defendant") alleges as follows:
This is a complaint against Defendant that took fradulent action in manipulating of stocks.
When Plaintiff requested transmission of shares bought by Defendants father who passed away few years ago Defendant stated that the shares held by his father were dematerialised (converted from physical shares into electronic format) and had been sold through stock exchanges. Plaintiff found that the Defendant and related persons have been taking care of his father's accounts and investments at the time of this alleged sale. And the transfer was not authorized by Plaintiff's father.
Plaintiff is looking for disciplinary measure to keep Defendants off the opportunity to ever gain license adn approval to ever work again, with any kind of monetary transactions.
