I went to CCDJR on 07/29/22 after submitting my documents via email and receiving a phone call advising I was approved and to come
to the dealership, sign paperwork, and take possession of the vehicle.
I was under the impression that financing was secured & approved via ALLY BANK. This was NOT a “conditional approval”. This deal was finalized after I signed my contract, title application papers, and paid the down payment.
In addition to that - they congratulated me on my vehicle purchase via loudspeaker AND my pictures were taken in their showroom and parking lot to celebrate my purchase. The reason given for my vehicle loan to be approved then denied THREE weeks later AND ILLEGALLY REPOSSESSED is unfounded.
