Carolin Soldo Coaching & Events, LLC Reviews
Let me preface this by saying that I'm NOT blaming this coach for any lack of success in my busines whatsoever. The webinar funnel she teaches has worked for me, sometimes better than others. I've made money from this and continue to get leads from the funnel. Though with that said, her 12 month program is best for those coaches who have been successfully working with clients already and netting a $10,000 to $20,000 per month. NOT new coaches coming out of her 4 month program who have yet to work with clients.
Many of my friends who signed up at an event in 2017 were fresh out of her 4 month program, brand new to a webinar funnel and new to working with clients. She pushes the 4 month graduates into the 12 month program but unless they have enough money to pay for Facebook ads, AND her huge monthly payment, they are bound to fail.
Yet if anyone mentions that they are struggling or feel that the business model doesn't work for them, they are blamed. They are told they have a bad mindset. It happened to me and several others I've spoken with. You can't say anything that they perceive to be criticism without being treated differently by them. They don't coach people into the best decisions for themselves, they coach that if it doesn't work then it's the clients fault. Even when I did everything they told me to, if it didnt'work, I was told to change my mindset. That's not productive at all! Some niches just don't do well with the business model and rather than weeding out clients that aren't good fits for their programs, they enroll everyone they can so they can make their $1 million dollar month goal.
Carolin was an accessible, heart centered, sweet coach when I first hired her for the 4 month program. Quick success seems to have changed how she treats her clients however. Carolin said to her 12 months clients on a call once that we would "hate" our clients many days. I was shocked. I was a client, sitting there feeling her being out of alignment with integrity and compassion. And then after posting a very angry, dirty laundry airing post about a past employee on FB, I was thoroughly disgusted. That was NOT professional at all.
Belinda Ginter, the "mindset" coach in my opinion is abusive. She doesn't teach a lot of valuable mindset work and I've been talked over by her more times than I can count. I watched her make people cry during a process and rather than build them back up, she left them wounded and raw. There was no closure. I was shocked.
Don't spend a ridiculous amount of money on coaches that only care about you if you have money to spend, and don't question anything they do. There are many successful coaches out there that understand wat value really is, and who treat their clients better.
Not a good experience
Agreed. The programs are big on hype and low on substance. There is little to no personal attention. Ms. Soldo has a lot of knowledge. The delivery method is not very effective and is not helpful except to a small percentage of her clients. And yes, the FB post about a former employee was unprofessional and underscored that she had a breakdown in the management of her employees and should have been accountable for that instead of blaming in such a public forum. Agreed that Ms. Gintner is a pretty awful coach. She lectures and is self-centered. She does not coach and is not client-focused at all. She is no longer with Soldo. I would definitely not recommend her as a mindset coach for anyone. I wasted a significant amount of money on two Soldo programs. I definitely would not refer the program to anyone else and am wary of any other programs that over-promise and under-deliver on the experience and the results.
