On 6-7-21 I reserved and paid for in advance a trip to Scarsdale and a return trip back on 6-20-21. I paid a premium for Father's Day. They did not show for the trip to Scarsdale or for the return trip offering no excuse abusing me in the process even hanging up. Messages were ignored. To make matters worse, I subsequently discovered that on 6-7 they additionally charged me $89.75 for a false and unauthroized reserveration.
It took mew much time, effort and aggravation months latter to finallky resolve this. I am still out of pocket $40 which I had to pay last minute for a Yellow cab to take me to Scarsdale. I was obviously late for my own celebration !
The NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission fined them and they completely ignored the BBB ! It should be ashamed of its disgracefull, fraudulent conduct ! 8-31-2021
On May 30, 2017, we made a reservation to be taken from JFK to Broadway in Manhattan. We were quoted a fare of $52.50 including tolls. Actually, the person we spoke with, explained the fare was $44.00, and $8.50 for toll. We double checked to make sure we were sent a car to seat three people and luggage. We were assured of that, and they delivered. When the reservation was made, we were asked if we needed a return to JFK, which would be a week later. We agreed, and were assured the fare is the same, excluding tip. When we were ready to return, and called to confirm our pick up time, we were then informed that the fare is now $57.50. At that time, we thought $5.00 extra,no big deal. After we got to the airport, and gave them our credit card, the driver said you have to pay extra for toll after we tipped him $20%. At no time did these thieves tell us extra for toil. As a matter of fact, we were assured that their $52.50 was the total fare. Now they are trying to say they told us about extra for toll. Not a professional company. Do not recommed them.
