Carlos - was hired to complete a full set of plans for SFR 800sf Addition & ADU. He was hired to perform in 14 days completion. He was paid $1750 deposit. He took the money and never completed the project. Refused to return the money.
Within 2 weeks he showed 4 pages of sketches that were incomplete pages for submittal. He does not have access to Architecture details or plan notes to input on the plans. He continued to want to get more money up front. Over the time I learned that he was going through a custody battle and using methamphetamine.
