My husband is an invalid. He will speak with anyone on the phone. This company "Horsham PA Care Express" made an unauthorized charge on my bank account. We both live on social security and they are preying on senior citizens.
When I called the number I obtained from the internet, I got a voice mail from a woman who answered the phone with merely a "hello". No business name at all.
Care Express in Horsham Pa. made several charges to my Discover card that I did not authorize. Don't have any idea where Horsham Pa. is at, and until this morning didn't know who Care Express was- found out, a bunch of theives.
