The order was placed on July 20th and was not delivered.
After my numerous e-mails, the company replied that the product was out-of-stock offering me to wait a bit until next month. That's what I did. That was the last e-mail I have got from Carethy.
They have canceled my order and have never refunded the cost. Pity I didn't check this supplier's reviews before placing an order as I am not the only "victim", there is plenty of on-line reviews signaling the same issue and I am wondering why Carethy business still exists as they are simply cheating people.
I did not get the shampoo i ordered. They took my money, didn't deliver the goods and claim they will return it before 14 days which never happened. There is no way to reach anybody and this is total fraud and not okay.
They try to sell you items which they do not have stock. After all time of delivery goes through, when you contact them for an explanation, you are told they do not have those items in stock and are trying to find resellers.
When you ask them for a refund, they tell you they are allowed to do it within them 14 days, which is another lie.
If you have bought anything with them, please be aware and contact the competent authorities immediately, because you have been scammed.
Tentam vender artigos que não têm em stock. Depois de todo o tempo decorrido para a suposta entrega, quando os contactamos a pedir explicações, dizem que que afinal não têm os artigos em stock e estão procurando outros revendedores.
Para devoluções, dizem demorar 14 dias, mas é outra mentira.
Se compraram com eles, accionem de imediato os organismos competentes, pois foram burlados! boa sorte com todo o processo.
This Company is virtually non existent.I have emailed them numerous times regarding an order and received no response. I have tried to submit a question and their site will not accept the tracking number that they gave me, Thankfully I have used PayPal and will be requesting a refund.

First they told me parcel was lost on the way and now they saying i got my package. Never buy from this company! I lost big money!

It is now August 1st 2017 and I have not received my items. Tracking has not updated since July 7 where it states "Shipment arrived at Office of Exchange".
I have sent two messages to Carethy about status of order via their customer service page on their website but they have gone unanswered.
Please take this as a warning. Do not order from this dishonest fraudulent company who will take your money and run.
I have just opened a paypal dispute about this order. Next option if no luck with paypal is to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

This is a fraudulent "company".

Attempting to contact them to complain sends you into a loop without ever getting hold of an agent.
