I used a Cardtronics cash point and wanted to withdraw a large sum of money, it did not dispense my money and then a message came up saying that a I had not been charged, yet my online banking stated otherwise. It has been 10 days and I am still waiting for my refund. The company say they have to investigate and are making me feel like I am in the wrong, when in actual fact their dodgy cash machine stole my money! Never trust a Cardtronics cash point! I will never in my life use any random cash points like Cardtronics.
