Cardone University Reviews

Their sales team does't care about their customers. All they care is their revenue!

I bought two certificates on Cardone university, each at $297. On the transaction page, they didn't say no return , no refund, instead they say if you have any questions or unsatisfactions, contact xxxx.

Less than a month later, I was at a real estate wealthexpo, and they were selling a package with all 5 certificates with a general admission ticket to the 10X conference for $697 at real estate wealth expo.

I called to ask for refund for the two certificates I bought, a toal about $600. Their accounting team relies e-mail like every 1-2 weeks, and after about a month and half E-mailing back and forth (btw they have only sent me 3 emails in this a month and half, the rest was all wait time), they told me because I have access to both of the program, I could not return them. Excuse me??? You've spent $600 on programs that will expire in 12 months, and you just let them sit there without accessing the material??

I asked them to reconsider their decision, no response for a week, I decided to call them, and of course, they said no, blah, blah, blah. And after asking twice to speak with their decision maker, they finally connect me with their "upper management team" -- A gentleman who claimed himself as the company CFO(Durlan Bergnes). And all he told me was, "you should have read the policy before you made the purchase. We constantly have different deals on the internet in different times to boost up our sales. My job as a CFO is to increase our revenue, not to deal with refunds." And then he said he got to go, and hung up the call.

WHOA! I thought Grant Cardone said take care of your EXISTING customer in his book "Sell, or be Sold". When they are selling you something, they take your payment instantly, but after that it's completely out of their business. The team is only there for your money, not you, nor any other customers. Now you know their company's mission and attitude. The rest is needless to say.

FYI: On their sales website, they always have this countdown, saying "take the deal before it's too late". The truth is they are ALWAYS ON SALE! If you really want to buy their program, start with Grant Cardone's books, and wait until Tanksgiving or any holidays to buy the program. Trust me, they are working hard on taking every signle chance to take your money. No need to rush.

I paid $160 for a "game changing/business changing/life changing" sales and marketing educational program from Grant Cardone Enterprises.

The original price was supposed to be in the thousands of dollars but they were selling it "heavily discounted".

I had heard good things about Grant, and he was an impressive enough guy based on his accomplishments. Want to know all about how successful Grant is? Just ask him. He will brag about himself for hours. I listened to a podcast featuring his truly on Bigger Pockets.

So anyway, I thought I'd check out one of his products - his "Pathway to Millions" I should have read the fine print - no money back for digital sales, no matter what.

After scanning through it, I realized it was a complete and total joke. A total waste of money. You want to know what his big secret is? Drumro"S

Following this, we have: "Find the decision maket", "Grow Big" because "small sucks" - (yes he actually says this), "Go sell it" (yes - do sales, apparently this is important - NO WAY!!!), "Go for $50 million, or more", "Small Businesses Never Survive" (yes this is an actual Grant Cardone quote - funny, because I think he actually runs a small businesss), "Reinvest in your business", bla bla bla bla

At the end of it - of course he starts upselling his own promotional material. And if you get on his mailing list, he will bombard the heck out of you to try and get you to 10X your spending on his stupid conferences, where I assume you can literally pay $10,000+ to go watch Grant Cardone talk about how how awesome he is, and yes of course - he brings in other speakers, who I assume get paid to talk about how awesome Grant is too, and maybe they tell you how awesome they are too.

Yes - I seriously paid 160 bucks on this crap. And the fine print says "no refunds" - so Grant's number one rule - "Save Money" apparently only applies when you aren't buying his worthless self-promoting marketing material. So evern if you say "look - I wasn't crazy about this particular bag of goods that you just sold me, but could I get a partial refund, or maybe apply the money I spent on another of your products" the answer is a big fat no. They will not, which is amazing since their whole model is built on upselling, but they lost this customer for life. Also - I've unsubscribed to their email ist, and called several times to ask them to stop sending me their marketing materials, and they keep sending them to me. Grant also invites me and 1,000 of his closest friends, on a fairly regular basis (by email), to one of his houses in Miami or LA to see if I want to invest in one of his condo development syndications. Yeah - I would just love to invest my hard-earned money into an already overpriced condo market in LA or Miami or Phoenix so I can earn a fabulous 7% return and you can earn 50%. Maybe I should go so he could tell me all about Scientology once I got there. Yes, apparently Grant is one of those guys...big shocker.
