This company originally contacted me to help me start a internet marketing business (powered by Amazon). I was told that by investing $300.00 my web site would be created personally for me. Yes! It was afforable and the site was done exceptionally well. It was sub-contracted out to another person.
Then I was contacted by my personal coach and mentor Chad Walker. He said "I will develope a financial plan for you and stream traffic to your web site. For $2000.00 USD one dollar per click you will have 2,000 targeted people exposed to your website. For $3000.00 USD we will give you 5,000 targeted traffic. For an additional $2000.00 USD I will set up your LLC and and personal business account ect. ect. " Thinking that I could use all the help I could get to get my business up and running I gave them a total of $5000.00 USD (wired directly to their bank) for a complete business package. My coach said I could call him anytime. At first he was attentive to my needs. Once the money was wired and in their account suddenly I was ignored. I became non-exsistant. My calls and text messages gone un-answered. My complete business package was never delivered. My personal business plan was sub-contracted out to another company that followed through. But Cardinal Elite Web Strategies has not followed through with targeted traffic and setting up my LLC ect. ect.
I have tried in vain to reach them via phone ***-***-**** this number no longer exsists. I called the customer support number ***-***-**** left message after message. I have sent several emails to [email protected] I have heard not on word from them.
Sadly, I will have to take other measures to get my money back from this company.
I am not filing a complaint, per se, I just want others to know My experience with this questionable company.

He was condescending, self righteous, and had an excuse for everything they did not do... He hilariously lectured me/ is Very Immature and certainly stuck on himself. They are the worst business I have ever dealt with. An absolute Joke. They tried to pretend that my complaint and whatever I said was invalid.

Except for maybe the receptionist that I spoke with. When I told her my money refund thalready late, I added that I expected my acct to be credited "Pronto." She said, "What??" So I repeated it, and then She said "I only speak English!"
I said, "Hon, Pronto is only a 6 letter word and can be found in any English dictionary.." Duh......
Then... His Majesty Jeff, and I went round and round ad nauseum asked me "Are you married, well how long?" He was going to say something smart about how no one could stand to live with me, but I shut him down. He told me how much money he was making working there, then he said "I need to get my wife a gift, what would you suggest?"
I said, "A Divorce!"
That is one business that NEEDS to move overseas!!! I was embarrassed For them, that they had no idea how awful they were.
Hard Sell tactics start when you tell them you want a refund. They dropped the price $100 immediately to try to get me to stay.
I kept wondering if they were really that dumb or if they thought "I" was that dumb??
I think Jeff definitely needs some Inservice Training. If he is the top dog, they are in big trouble.
