my wife purchased the gold package as a fathers day present and scheduled for this morning, no one showed up or called and once we called they said it is raining and they can not come, it is not raining and is not supposed to rain today, I also mentioned I have a bay they could use so it would not even be a problem, terrible communication and will make sure no one ever books a service through you in the future.
Failed to show up 5 consecutive times (only calling one of those times) then refused my business. Showed up for 1st appointment request the wrong day, then didn't show up or leave a message to say they weren't coming for the correct time. Same thing with next 2 appointments, then for 4th try changed my time suddenly then for the 5th time when I asked about when they were coming they simply cancelled my appointment and refused to communicate with me anymore telling me they couldn't service me at this time. Terrible service.
Horrible customer service when I called immediately after the detailer left. He left 2 large dents in roof of my brand new car, and the company as well as the detailer, deny liability. I have never used a more dishonest and company before, and can't beleive they think I'm not being truthful. NEVER use this company. Their actions are pathetic and unscrupulous. If this site would let me post pictures you would see it. Now I have to deal with the $1000 repair bill.
I found cardetailing.com online. Seemed legit. It may a legit company but the service is terrible. I made an appt for a wed the last week of sept and they cancelled the first appt due to "someone not showing up for work". Had to reschedule the appt after haggling with the guy to come on a day that i could be there for settled on the next day. That day he was a complete no show no contact. I reached out to the company and they told me they had no record of my appt even though i had received a text from them confirming the day and time. They offered to let me write a review and e-mail it to them at their support e-mail address which im sure would not of showed up on their actual site as they only show 5 star reviews and everywhere i see its nothing but terrible service and scam reviews. They dont care if their customers that set time out of their busy days get hosed so do not use them!

I have called to complain about this 5 times now with no resolution.
The first time I called, on Thursday, September 29 I explained the situation: I initially ordered the $119 Interior Only Detailing. I had put in the notes that I had spilled milk that morning under the seat. I got a message back indicating that the seat would have to be removed to clean this up, which is an extra $50. I approved that charge. Then, I got a phone call from the actual technician who told me he did not have the tools to remove the seat and asked if I would rather wait for someone who had the tools or if I wanted him to go ahead with the original Interior Only Detailing and he would just do his best to clean it up. I told him to come on and do the original service. (As it turns out, the floor mats go up under the seat and so all that had to be done was shampooing the floor mats, which is included in the original service I ordered.)
Later I got the emailed receipt below with the additional $50 charge. So when I called I spoke with a representative who said they could discount that $25. I told him that makes no sense at all considering no seat was removed and the technician only performed the $119 service. He said he would have to check into it and call me back. He did not call me back. On Friday, September 30 I called again and spoke with a different representative and explained the story over again. She told me she would have to call me back. I never received a call back. This morning, Monday, October 3, I called again and asked to speak with a manager. I was told no manager was in yet and to call back in an hour. I called back and was told they were on other calls and they would call me back. AGAIN, I have not received a returned phone call. I just called a fifth time and the call went to voicemail.
This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I have now been charged $179 (NOT the $169 it says in the receipt they emailed me)!
This customer left out a few important points regarding the charges. We also called her back on Monday and received VM. She was very impatient, called repeatedly before we could work through the complaint process and immediately posted bad reviews even though we had already approved a partial refund for her service. As a consumer myself, I have had plenty of customer service experience with companies. In comparison, CarDetailing.com does an excellent job in responding to issues and resolving them as quickly as possible.
I have a rip-off complaint from both the consumer side. And the business sign up side. This company charges DOUBLE the prices of Detailers locally and then sends the local Detailers out for them. They do NO ACTUALLY DETAILING THEMSELVES. customers CAN NOT cancel and use the local detailing conpany without the detailing Company being reprimanded and terminated. And they ask the Detailers to pay a $300 plus upfront fee. WITH NO GURANTEES that you will ever even get a job sent to you and NO REFUNDS WHATSOEVER. So the company can and has got paid the Initial fee and then haven't sent any jobs to that detailed. They ONLY post the rating they WANT TO on there website. Of course they only post 5/5 ratings. That are not Cardetailing.coma ratings at all. They are ratings for the Local Detailing company that was sent out to the job. CARDETAILING.com charges you enormous amounts of money. Just to be a middle man and Send out your local detailing company that only charges half there price.
For example. If you want to go straight to the local company cause it's cheaper and more convenient. They Terminate that company from their website for "stealing" their customers. Even if it is the customers choice. Then another example is we charge $20 for basic washes to $125 for Full Detail. They charge you $39 to $349 for the same. and then message my company and send us out to you for the outrageous price. THEY ARE A MIDDLE MAN CHARGING OUTRAGOUS PRICES AND MAKING YOU SIGN DISCLOSURES THAT THEY DONT TELL YOU ABOUT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL

The person who posted this signed up as a network technician and for about 30 days defrauded our company reporting that all his customers cancelled their appointments to avoid paying any fees associated with his account. They were terminated for this very reason as we only work with companies that act with integrity and honesty.
They simply cheated, lied, and defrauded our company and once caught were terminated. We acted within the bounds of the contract they signed and they did not. They also filed chargebacks from their bank to reverse the fees they did pay, adding additional damages to our company This is simply a measure of sour grapes. The company in question tried to sign up again under an alias and once we determined who it was we denied them as contactors as they pose a serious risk to our customers and our business. Everything they mentioned in this post is false, slanderous, and designed to cause our company more harm. We will be filing injunctive measures and a cease and desist has already been sent.
The company in question is Nano Carwash in Davie Florida. They seemed like great guys and we gave them a fair shot but they simply are dishonest and not a reputable or safe company. I use this site at least once a month and it is so amazing. I tried using a 'local' company as you suggested but I wasted so much of my time trying to find detailers- calling them and leaving messages to get something set up. Not once did I get a call back from the detailers I found on line which is so frustrating! CarDetailing.com has great customer service and they send me text messages and emails as a reminder when I book in advance. I couldn't be happier with their service. The technicians are great and always do a phenomenal job. My car looks like I just bought it and I never have a headache when setting up a detail like I use too!
Worst car detailing please dont choose them . For them Deep cleaning is just spraying shampoo , stains may still exist because your car is too old.Initially while booking I called them they assure me technician will use water and rub floor mats with shampoo but he had just sprayed , that not deep cleaning!! It waste of money.

This company is a Scam! I ordered the Gold Package for my husband's and my car. The technicians arrived late, one proceeded to complain about the heat, while the other talked to my husband the entire time. With the Gold Package, waxing was included along with treatment of interior surfaces. Well not only did they NOT wax my car, they only waxed half of the top of my husbands car. No interior treatment was done to either car, just a simple wipe down with a dry rag.
They also claimed to have removed water spots, just for me to notice the next day that they only removed the water spot from ONE wheel, while the rest of my car still had water spots. After I filed the complaint, they told me that they would come out to remove the spots for an additional $150 fee for EACH car! Mind you, I already spent $283 for both of the cars to have the "Gold Treatment".
what a JOKE!!! Basically, this was the most expensive car wash I have ever paid for and my car looks exacly the same as it did before they arrived.
So, why would I spend even MORE money to have them come remove the water spots when they could not even complete the package that was ordered!? I WONT! Buyer BEWARE! Do not use this company! You will NOT get what you paid for!

They charge extra money on top of what you originally agree to pay and the reasons are bogus. When you inform them that you didn't receive the extra services, they come up with another reason to charge you. The services rendered aren't even satisfactory. And don't even attempt to contact a manager, because there apparently aren't any.

I tried calling probably every detailer I found on yelp to get a full detail appointment and none of them even returned my calls. I posted on my Facebook if anyone knew anyone?! One of my friends replied and say hit up CarDetailing.com, she had used them last week and said the guy was great! I googled it and read the reviews like everyone else, figured it was worth a shot since my friend used them as well. I am so glad I did! Making an appointment was easy, the price for my detail was less than a couple of the detailers on yelp, and when I called CarDetailing.com - someone ANSWERED. I got more than what I paid for and communication by text made things so much easier cause I was at work. Will definitely use them again.
I went on the site and placed an order. It took less than 5 minutes and within 10 minutes I got an email and text message with the date and the arrival window for the detail. The technician arrived within his window and did an amazing job on my vehicle. I am now a loyal customer and use their service at least once a month. I have referred many friends and family and they too love the convenience and service as well. 10 Stars for sure!
