This is a complaint about a member on your team at the Provo location here in Utah.
I attempted to receive a oil change today and received the worst serves I have ever had in my life. I am so grateful that my wife sent me the flyer and she didn't make her way into your store.
I wouldn't recommend any friend/co-worker/person to ever try your shop for any service ever...
