On June 12th, 2019, I called for an emergency transport to the Emergency Room, complaining of abnormal chest pain, pain in my arms and wrists, and abnormal sensations in my hands.
When the ambulance arrived, I was placed in the stretcher, I was met by Captain Gabriel Barajas of Fire Station 168. Captain Barajas refused to address my imminent and life-threatening symptoms. In fact, Captain Barajas refused to transport me to a nearby Emergency Room.
Instead, Captain Gabriel Barajas pushed me with open palms as I leaned up from the stretcher, then placed me in a chokehold. From there, Captain Gabriel Barajas placed tight constraints on my wrists and ankles, further restricting my blood flow.
Thereafter, Captain Gabriel Barajas drove multiple cities over, and left me on the stretcher, cornered away from medical staff, by the entrance of the hospital, all the while refusing to allow me to speak to a doctor, nurse, or other medical staff. The tight constraints remained, and restricted my blood flow, causing potentially fatal implications.
Captain Gabriel Barajas is dangerous lacks any degree of integrity, trust, or professionalism and is incapable of accepting personal responsibility for his actions.
The Department Of Justice is investigating Captain Gabriel Barajas for attempted murder, battery, assault, and false imprisonment.
