I spoke to Craig brown sole owner of Capital restucture Group.He said we must meet in beverly hills for lunch as my situation with my properties needed immediate attention. I did. I paid him $5,000 to start negotiation with my banks/Lenders. Aprox 10 days later i paid him another $5,000 . In All I paid Mr. Brown aprox $20,000 to help keep me out of chapter 11 .
I did not see any positive movement from my lenders so I called some of them. AND MR. HAD NOT CONTACTED ANY OF THEM. i immediately contacted Mr. Wohl.He was completely indifferent. saying. hey i am on vacation i did not speak to you for 45 mins.(i have phone print out)and if you dont like craig brown , use someone else. I was in shock. I contacted my friend Terri Rink. who then responded, dont upset my client Mr.Wohl he is very good and spends alot of money here.WTF? and what about me?
I had to proceed to chapter 11.Mr.brown said just go do skelter file. I did quickly. IT WAS IMMEDIATELY DISMISSED. why? because Mr. Brown said it was ok to file without an attorney "oh, the judge will let us add one later" NOPE. An attorney who follows filings called me , said why did you file a chapter 11 without atty,??? i said my consultant Craig Brown said i could.
THIS COMPANY AND THOSE RELATED TO IT, JAMES P.WOHL, AND THE ATTY CRAIG BROWN REFERRED ME TO ARE ALL FRAUDS. THEY TOOK OVER $50,000 AND DID NOTHING. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID.
