I signed up for the banking 360 promotion in which you can earn up to $250 from Capital One by using their checking account to spend $1500 within 90 days. I signed up for this on November 17th and have been checking their website to see when my card would arrive. First the arrival date was November 26th, then the 27th, finally it is due to arrive on November 30th (and it hasn't actually even shipped yet!!).

I called today to at least try to get my card number so I could start shopping online and start earning but Capital One reps could not give me the information and said I had to wait on my physical card to get the info. I then pointed out that I signed up for this account on November 17th. The rep apologized and said that, due to the popularity of this promotion, their was a delay in the shipping out of the debit cards. I then asked if, because of this delay, that my end date for this promotion would be extended because of their delay and was told no.

So now, I am losing a couple of weeks because the company didn't plan on this promotion being such a hit?! Please. I am so ready to tell them to cancel my account and debit card at this rate.

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. I just want to get the word out about this company's business practices.

Beware of opening this type of account with capital One. I received an email stating my account was locked and to give them a call. Well I called went straight to voicemail, I left a message and have been leaving messages since yesterday. No one has called back, no one on the phone can help and since it’s a 360 account no one at the branch will help.

It seems to me if your a company that’s willing to lock someone’s account at least have a team that can answer the phone or return calls by the end of business. Now I’m trying to figure out how to make it to work how to feed my kids since my money is frozen while they take their time to even consider calling me back. I might as well get a prepaid card rather than deal with a bank!!!!

Capital One 360 Closed my Account for No Reason and banned me for life. I called and they said that they decided to End The Banking Relationship because I used an in-call voice modulator which I didn't. The decision was overturned once back in April 2017 but the next day they Ended The Banking Relationship for the same reason. Now I have been told multiple times that the decision was final and will not be reversed. Capital One 360 Accused Me of Using an In-Call Voice Modulator and on top of that I am Banned for Life From Capital One 360. Please Help!!!

I opened a Capital One 360 checking account on Aug.24,2017. On Sept. 6 I deposited $300 cash into the account. On the morning of Sept.7th I received a enail stating my account had been frozen and needed to call . I called right away and have called over 20 times now in 2 days.All I get is voice mail, so I keep leaving a message. No one has called me back. i went into a branch office and they could not help me. So now my money is being held captive and no one can tell me why or for how long ! I am a older man, handicapped and on a fixed income. This is every penny I own. Please help !

Received my Interest Income statement 1099-INT (1099 Form) in the mail on February 25, 2017, after my taxes were filed. I now must refile my taxes with the correct figures.

There was no date on the envelope as it was printed with 'Presorted First-Class Mail U.S. Postage Paid VE LTD

This statement by law should have been sent on or before January 31, 2017. It was not. The bottom of the form bears the date of 2/10/17-P.

I would like to have printing and mailing costs of state and federal taxes reimbursed. In addition, if there is auditing by the IRS or Franchise Tax Board I want to have all costs associated with any audit to be reimbursed by Capital One if the correspondence is related to any aspect of the late notification of Capital One interest income.

I would like a response from both Capital One N.A. and The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

I bank with Capital One 360 I deposited my paycheck. Later that day I received a notification stating that $200 in my funds were available immediately and that the remaining deposited funds would be made available on the coming Tuesday. I took used the $200 that was available on my debit to pay towards my credit card for the same company I then received a statement stating that my payment was received. Upon trying to use that credit card which had a $300 credit limit and a standing $100 balance which should have leave me with $200 credit however that is not the case it said I had $100 balance and zero available credit limit. The mobile app stated that my funds were available and now they are not available nor can I find the funds that were reportedly available to me. I have since incurred overage fees for late payment after receiving notification that payment was accepted. And the $200 which apparently was made available and then was not made towards my credit is not since appeared on my debit card where it originated from after being notified of the available 200 dollars from my initial $441 deposit. I've been called customer service because I have no gas stranded on the side of the road and was declined at a gas station and declined at an ATM contrary to what my mobile banking app said. On the phone with her for over an hour with Representatives being handed off from one person to the next each saying that they were going to help me and everything was okay and my funds will be made available but to no avail I cannot get access to those funds nor can anybody explain to me where the available $200 has gone the money is missing it's not on my debit account it's not on my credit card it's just vanished Into Thin Air in the only thing that I could get from the customer service was that nobody had the ability to override the program the funds would be made available on the coming Tuesday the 21st. This company is doing absolutely nothing in terms of convenience for me as is the intention of the company all they have done so far is help themselves by charging me overage fees by saying that payments have been received and then declining them after the payment date which is causing me to incur additional charges for late fees and then falsely notifying me of available funds only to be declined too much Social anguish and embarrassment and I'm stranded on the side of the road and there's nothing I can do about it absolutely whatsoever I'm losing money because I'm not at work because they are screwing me and I'm losing money because I'm late charges because they are giving me false information saying funds are available and then denying allocation of those funds and then when I inquire as to where the funds are nobody has an answer the funds are missing I am incredibly upset with this something must be done I am pissed off capitalone360 is a scam I want absolutely nothing to do with them but I want my money. I am literally screwed I trusted this bank with my money and they have literally left me stranded on the side of the road with not a dollar to my name and no way. Instead I'm losing money because I'm not at work I might lose my job because I'm not at work and the best thing that they can tell me is that oh they'll have my money on Tuesday which is 3 days away after already saying that I had funds available. They have literally f**** me in the a*s I am f***** on all ends I mean the day of literally put me in a boat with no paddle I have no there's nothing I can do I am stuck this is the biggest disservice I've ever experienced and I banked with Wells Fargo.

All they were able to do was offered to personally call me on Tuesday when my funds are guaranteed to be made available. What the f*** is a personal phone call going to do for me that's not paying the overage fees that I'm incurring do their lack of confidence and it's not replacing the $200 that is just magically f****** disappeared. And I find it very hard to believe after speaking with 4 different people over an hour while sitting on the side of the road that nobody has the ability to override this decision that apparently the computer is just making on its own the Graham is written by a f****** person. And some magical way you mean to tell me that there's nobody who can f****** override the program that they wrote nobody I insisted I requested many times to speak to somebody who could do something about this and I was just giving the same line of bulls*** conferred for over an hour on the phone but for different people telling me the same thing only two only to have me off to the next person who says they are going to help you they have the ability to help you have a good day we've got this worked out only to hear the same thing repeatedly over and over again I will Slender the f*** out of this company I will post everywhere that Capital One is Crooks I will go to every one of their Mobile locations all of their f****** ATM locations and I will post signs safety not bank with Capital One they are Crooks is fraudulent do not give them that your money because they do not have the confidence to to handle your money they will lose it you're better off just giving your money to some child that you've never met before this is incredibly mind-blowing I may actually I may want to take legal action against this company for lost wages English falsely incurred charges I mean skimming this is this is fraud this is absolutely 1% fraud and they think that they can get away with it because they've got Deep Pockets I mean what do they care if I take my business elsewhere you know I'm only what I have to offer this company is pennies compared to all the millions of customers that they have aside for me so they think they can just scan me for $25 here and $25 there and lose $200 here and f*** me and leave me on the side of the road and get away with that s*** I don't f***** think so this is the real world if this was a face-to-face situation somebody would get their a***** whipped but no they're hiding behind a telephone into digital format they think they can get away with this s*** I don't think so if somebody doesn't help me I will burn this s*** to the ground.

I opened a checking account one line with capitalone360 and i had a bank to bank deposit of 3000.00 by a gentleman for some business . i figured it was better and faster then getting a check or cashiers check. it my understanding of this transfer they the person sending this is to rest the transfer at first before intialize a payment. which was done on my acct. also that to do this transfer they ace to speak to someone and it gets approved and then teansfered. with that being said they transfered 3000.00 into my acct. and it was made available the next day in which I went shopping after spending almost 2000.00 my card was declined. when I called they wanted to verify my identy which I was asked a few question and i answered. them they proceeded to ask me who, what, and why I got this transfer. as far as i'm concerned it wasn't any of there businss but I told them . then they said it wasn't the person on the acct. and ask me for there phone no. and I told them it was on my phone that I had to get off and I'd call them right back with it. which I did and it has taken almost 2 weeks for them to cal me back as well as me get a hold of someone.

In the mean time I received a letter telling me they put a hold on my acct. because of my credit history and it had me a number to a place called early warning. I called and they said there was nothing on my credit report to influence this decision of capital one.when I finally got a hold of them they are telling me that this transfer was done fraudetly and will not release my money to me. they said it would. go back to my external acct. as far as I'm concerned I didn't give my acct no to a stranger and how can they ad me without knowing me.this is bull s**t I dont care who's name is on the acct as long as I get paid.they declined my card before they ever spoke to me at all. I was approved for a secured credit card threw capital one as well. so they had no right to decline my card. and if they didn't want me to have a acct. because of my credit report then why give me a debit card. it took a week to get this card they didn't check my credit report be for that. the test of this transfer was done days before. the orignal transfer if it was frsudent they would of known it then.. they told me I would have to sue those people in small claims court which is bull. those people are trying to get out of paying me obvisouy and and capital one is coming between that and has no right to. it impossible for just someone to transfer money and have all there informatin to do that with a bank transfer. and pin no.aa well to get into there acct. it is very unlikely without them notice that.and having to get It approve to be sent to me. and then capital one has to approve it from them. so how can it be done fraudenlly. it seems very impossible and this transfer is suppose to be the safest way to send money..
