Tennents are charged enormous CAM fee's of $50,000 per year. The property is not maintained. There are leaves covering the parking lot. The blacktop is broken and has roots coming out of it.
The bathrooms which are shared by tennents are not well cleaned. They run out of toilet paper on a daily basis, they smell like feces and urine every day.
The gate that the suites are enclosed by is never locked. Homeless people are sometimes seen in the back of the property. There are ants, spiders and bugs covering the property. They do not spray for bugs, they do not clean mounds of leaves from the parking lot.
