High Prices, High pressure sales tactics, High Promises, I had to beg .. to get my metals. Just go online to the Better Business Bureau website. They have close down before and re opened. Check out their complaints. .... The complaints speak for themselves. selling back the metals you bought from them ... you will lose about 60- 70%.... Is that a ripoff?
Capital Gold Group Doesn't Deliver! I am not the only one, just try a google search, "Team 2 Investigates: A golden opportunity to avoid ".
I heard Capital Gold Group on the KFWB THE GOLD SHOW. I called their office, and ended up buying gold to be shipped to my home. They told me it would take a few weeks.
After a few weeks and no gold, I started calling them to find out where my shipment was. I called many times but my rep Robert wouldn't call me back, so I got concerned and decided I wanted to cancel. My account executive Robert told me that 4-6 week waits are typical. Since no one would call me, I went on right to the Better Business Bureau. After several calls and complaints with Jonathon Rose, I was told in his ever so snake oil salesman Englush accent "grow up and stop acting like a bloody baby." Well, Mr. Rose I wish I could find your real office so I could come down and show you how "babies pay back crooks"!
When I heard Jonathon Rose quote the Bible scripture, Proverbs 22:3, I thought he was a God fearing man. Turns out, this guy can cuss like a British sailor. I was so hurt that I trusted them and they would not deliver the gold.
I sent an email to Mr. [email protected], but he wrote me back stating that "Processing is not his department or problem".
I was so upset I called the radio station KFWB to complain, and it turns out they had numerous calls about the Capital Gold Group. This made me even more worried that I had been ripped off.
So I called some other gold companies about this thing, and they told me they're not having any problems getting gold, so I feel like Capital Gold Group is lying about my gold and just took my money. I went to their website to "ASK MR. ROSE" where my gold was, to this date 7 weeks later, no gold or silver. So I will ask again, Mr. Rose, "Will you call me a baby to my face and when will you deliver my gold?"
The name of this company should be Inferior Gold Group! I would recommend anyone to steer clear of doing business with this company. They might look good on paper, or sound good on the radio, but bottom line is they don't perform, and they sure as hell don't deliver. My next step is to take legal action against Robert, Jonathan and the Capital Gold Group!
