Capgen Holdings Reviews

  • Jul 5, 2023

According to the company I invested with they have been fighting a legal battle with Cap Gen in Singapore for the last 15 months.

In March of this year they served a statutory demand on the company in an attempt to recover the money owed to them and in turn to their investors.

I have not heard from the company since March when they made a slightly disparaging comment about myself.

According to my research Cap Gen had 21 days ( which has definitely passed ) in which to respond .

I don't understand how this person is able to escape repercussions for his actions And not be seen to be being brought to just for his fraudulent actions

Myself and many other investors invested into the CapGen Loan Note program in May 2021 based on the fact that the funds would be in a non-depletion account and that the company would constantly watch the account for any withdrawals or disallowed activities. The company was to pay out 10% per month but not long after I invested the payments stopped.

CapGen stated it was trying to discuss what happened with the Aussie based trader. The trader has not been cooperative and all the money I invested was unaccounted for. CapGen did not watch the account like they promised, nor was the account a non-depletion one as they also promised. This has been going on since September 2021 and CapGen takes no responsibility for the losses and just blames others for the mess.

They say they have lost their own money but there is no proof of this. Approxiamately $30MM USD was invested into their Note Agreement and they have not paid one cent back to anyone. When I ask for proof that my funds actually were sent to the non-depletion account I get nothing. Perhaps they just took the capital, but all they do is deny such activity.

They failed in acting as a fiduiary and they have brought in a lawyer to assist but even she is slow and lacks any real intelectual depth in handling this. CapGen does not repsond to emails and just keeps saying they will update every week, but its just the same story 'oh, we are in contact with the trader' or 'we have a new agreement'.

Bollocks! And they want to be a licensed investment firm in Singapore?!! Well, they are all crooks since they stole my money and that of many others. I can provide more information should anyone need. But stay away from these amatuers!
