I paid for the Bear resistent CanShed and was issued a receipt/contract on in March 2015 with a delivery date of the product scheduled for mid April, 2015. The delivery date was extended out due to the company having issues with material delivery. The next delivery schedule was not honored, along with every date for delivery scheduled after that. Each week I call and send emails asking for an update and I am given another reason why they can't deliver. I emailed June 19th and said I was no longer interested in the product and requested a refund. I was told my CanShed has been made a priority and I would receive a call the following Monday with a delivery date. I have yet to receive a delivery date and have had to continue calling and sending emails. The last email I received was June 24th saying I would get a phone call the next day with a delivery date. I have yet to receive a call or email with a delivery date. Each email I receive an empty promise. I have had to either email or call and leave messages each time the delivery date was changed, the effort was never made to reach out to me to let me know there were issues. He no longer returns my phone calls or email.
