Everyone I was dealing with at his company has quit or "been fired" according to him.
I have asked for copies of legal documents he won't provide, or communicate at all.
The communication was spotty to begin with, between people quitting and projects not moving forward, I can't tell if the company is just bad at what they do, or if the company is worse then that (i.e. commiting fraud). I am willing to go up and look at books and records and find out if they are just bad.
Either way, I would caution others against investing in this company. They say all the right things at first; however, they just cut off communication when it starts to go wrong.

This is against the Texas railroad commission' rule. They cannot get non accredited investor to invest in this kind of investment. They will have to pay for this.

This company is a huge scam...they sell you hype and return excuses as revenue ! every project they sell is the next best thing , yet the always fail to produce any kind of production. a fly by night co. that has changed their name 3 time in the last 3 years ..what honest and legit company does that? they might look like they know what they are doing , but dont be fooled! their compliance officer isnt certified in any way and has a long criminal back ground as does the owner ! this isnt a company you should waist your time with! Run the other way !
I previously worked for Cannon Development which is now Cannon Operating. Brad Haycraft and William Baker are the owners. I never seen anything good come from any of the investments made with them. Also none of the investors were ever returned with any money. I highly recommend you to run a background check on these individuals before investing with their company. You will be very surprised what you find out.
