The Cannabis Online Dispensary scammed me out of $355. They said they will deliver the product with the delivery charge.

They then send a fake letter saying the delivery company has put the parcel on hold and require an further $290 for insurance.

I can't believe I gave these lot $355. Disgusting people scam innocents out of hard earned cash.

Do not buy your medicinal cannabis online at all.

Cannabis Online Dispensary is a SCAM!!!!

The Cannabis Online Dispensary scammed me out of $765. They said they will deliver the product with the delivery charge.

They then send a fake letter saying the delivery company has put the parcel on hold and require an further $389.99 for insurance. Now they won't reply to my calls are emails.....

Instead of just sending product they want drivers license and more money...lost $330.00 in bitcoin. i am a senior and use it for medicinal purposes.. It is legal in NY

I ordered $320 of their product. I Sent a message and said I thought this was over night and WHERE is my product. They sent an email back saying something about $399 for insurance and I would get it back where I got it. Burn me once shame on you, burn me twice shame on me! Stole my money and never gave me anything for it!

I ordered $560.00 of product from their extensive line from cannabisonlinedispensary.net. I was sent payment email on how to purchase the WalMart Gift Cards to complete purchase. I recieved an email thanking me for purchase and I would be sent a email with shipping confirmation. I recieved a email from Refundable Insurance a full licensed and Commerical Carrier in Florida.

This company wants to charge $400.00 to ship. This is after the website said all orders are shipped UPS and USPS for $50.00. When I called 305.676.0051 a John answered stating I should recieve the shipping email before he would ship.

When I asked him why I had to pay double shipping and he just needed to call UPS or USPS and they will pick it up. He got defensive and tried to hang up. When confronted with this being a Ripoff he was even more defensive.

Complete RIPOFF!

On 3/17/2019 I purchased $880 worth of product merchandise from cannabisonlinedispensary.net with BTC and also paid $50 shipping. I paid for the order and shipping, but was denied shipment due to some kind of mandatory insurance requirement identified by [email protected] as seen in their email:

Called and talked with John He tole me that there would be no problem, he would ship the order immediately next day after receiving bitcoin transfer. I am a disabled Veteran and need this for severe pain and am on a fixed budget. I told him that I had been ripped of before and he assured me that this would not be the case, he was going to send it right out. Days came and went, nothing, many emails and text messages, nothing---, I called several times and now he has blocked my calls. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PERSON!!

SCAM!!!! I’m shocked and amazed at the lack of moral integrity of some people. I am all for dispensaries to help provide the medicinal benefits of cannabis to states that prohibit its use. Having access to this important medicine for some means a greater quality of life. I placed my order yesterday and received email confirmation that it would be shipped out the next day. This morning I received another email saying the shipment is on hold as an additional $289.99 is needed to be sent for "insuring the package” which would (apparently) be refunded upon delivery of the package. Well...not only is this "mandatory” and "refundable” insurance fee NOT listed on the website, but the transaction must be sent through western union or similar which requires a large fee per transaction and there is no guarantee that you will be getting the money back. On the website, the two shipping options are FedEx or UPS (either express or standard mail) - nether of which require a package to be insured before it can be sent.

An item is NOT randomly placed on hold after the shipment has been sent!!! Insurance is ALWAYS optional and it is a process completed at the time of shipping, not afterward. They did not respond to my email, but when I called (they would not answer) John texted me back asking how he can help. They still refused to answer the phone and continued to respond by text only to say that the order cannot be refunded and is "on hold” until the insurance is paid for. When I asked if they could send it without being insured, John had difficulty in answering my question. I continued to ask for an explanation of why the package cannot be sent uninsured, yet again without acknowledgement of my question, John continued to say "It is not mandatory to insure it. We already have it registered and we really apologize for this is wish there was something else to do. Didn’t tell you this from the beginning cuz it’s been a while no insurance has been requested in orders. On today 4 orders have been on hold.” ..... this is unheard of when it comes to shipping packages through FedEx and UPS yet alone a very convoluted and fictional explanation of the situation. Stay well away from this company. I understand the risk is always involved when ordering online but there are some disgusting people out there who will take your money and these guys are some of them!!! I am quite upset as I allocate a certain amount monthly for my pain and sleep medicine and I am going to be without it now until my next paycheck next month. It’s dispicable there are people out there who would do this.
