I was offered a tour package last year to Cancu, Mexico by the telemarketer of Cancun Premium Vavation. I already paid for it last year in full but to my surprise they billed me again the other day. I still haven't booked my holiday yet and I don't know if I am going to do it all after reading all the negative reviews in regards with this company on top of the double charged they made to my bank account.
Wanted to refund the package they offered becuase the agent said she could do refund even though the verification said no thats why i believe her and now im trying to call or contact anyone and i cant reach any of them thats why i want my money back
