After 19 days of running my trial period and speaking with multiple people, I decided to upgrade to 25,000 contacts at 150K email per month. Everything seemed to be legit. Then they tell me my list was not authorized so I had to cancel out the account. Well, they charged a prorated $60.67 on my credit card and refused to give me a partial refund, even though I only used $23.70 of their service. They stated because the list was violating terms, no refund was allowed. My list only had .002% complaints. Not even enough to be considered a insignificant number
Now, I would have though that the first 7 people I had daily conversations with would have warned me about the list terms, but NO that didn't happen. All good to go untill they have your money Their online system is real professional but their billing department is a crooked as a tree branch....Stay Away from this Canadian company.
We signed up for a campaigner trial account in early 2015 and used a debit card as
required. We didn't care for them so went elsewhere.
We heard from them today that our dormant bank account did not have enough money
to pay them after nearly $300 in fees... at $19.95 a month.
I called them and they refused to refund any money, and even asked for the money
owing after having exhausted the bank account! When I refused, the supervisor
said that he'll send the account to collections.
The supervisor said that we have to request a monthly receipt, as customers don't
want to be bothered with receiving these receipts.
In other words, by not sending a monthly receipt (a reminder to customers that they are paying for services) and not sending an occasional email suggesting that the account should be used they receive money for not doing anything.
