This company will Rob you blind! upon move in you will pay close to $700 in deposits including pet deposits, they also charge a monthly pet fee (I have perfect rental history and credit) when you move out they will not put those despoits towards your move out so they don't have to refund your deposit. They will send you a long list of fees that they make in order to pad your move out paperwork. I hired a cleaning crew to clean the apartment and still they listed a charge for cleaning. I had a walk through from the complex upon move out and my paperwork says not liable for any additional fees and I was still charged $425 with no deposit refunded. Every year the rent increases are insane ( increase $85 to $120 per year), this apartment complex never intends on paying your deposit back they fix the papaerwok so you will have to pay.
