Camden harbor view promises their residents Safety. This is not true! They say they have security but does 1 guard really count in such a huge community. This guard can not secure the whole grounds as well as the 2 story parking garage. Camden really needs to invest in more guards and maybe servaillence. This past week 2 cars have been broken into! one window smashed in and another car broken into. Items were stoeln and cars were damaged. I have even had my GAS Syphoned in the garage. The garage has gate enterances that are secure until someone follows someone in or sneaks in. They also have doors to the garage which are many time kept open. This is why we need more security. We should have one maintaning the entances and one partoling the garage. I also feel a guard is needed maybe even 2 to walk through the community.
This is becuase people are some how getting into our buildings which are suppose to be secure and stealing our packages.
Camden accepted our packages when we first moved in but they had a change of policy and now they will for sure get stolen if they are delivered to your front door. Right now there is about 6 or so people complainging every week about their belonging being stoeln from outside their door or in their cars. This is unacceptable Camden! I wonder if the recieving packages is in our lease when we first signed...because this would be a broken agreement! Ive seen everything from random people parking and coming into the buildings to bums sleeping in the trash rooms or in our community. People outside and aroudn the community smoke crack outside peoples door steps. I dont know if they are bums or just random kids.
People want to start a class action suit or a petition to get our security right. I hope the Corperate really opens their eyes and listens to their tenants. This is a concern for everyones safety. If we had more guards perhaps these things wouldnt be happening as often.
