Can't seem to find out anything about the refunds that were to be issued to persons who joined the suit..like myself. Can anyone tell me who to contact? The phone number attached to the class action information is now an infomercial number. Please help!
I went through the program- paid all of those excess fees. On top of that when I finally went to buy a home it was considered a very bad thing to have paid my debts this way and I ended up paying addditional monthy insurances for my mortgage- $275 extra per month. Not money we had as a young couple but that is what happened.
I would at least like to be able to claim my funds.
