Inferior repair service due to short handed on repair workers. My neighbors upgraded apartment with a significant rent increase has mis-layed carpet, peeling cabinent piant on the kitchen cabinents, that were just painted over enamel on enamel without being resurfacing the cabinents.

The kitchen counters were painted to look like marble and are all messed up, from normal wear with scraches through the paint, uncovering the old surface. We pay for pest control, but are invaded by soiders, scorpions and mosquito's. The grass is 60% + dead and the heat and stagnet water breed mosquitos. Even with the news warning of an epidemic year for Mosquitos Nile Virus, there is no effort to stop the mosquitos.

They cut down most of the tree's opening the living areas and sidwalks into infernos heat. A rock bed in the middle of the complex is 30 feet wide and 5 feet deep filled with bolders. One guy has already fallen in and lost his right knee with medical bills of over $100,000.00.

The sidewalks and the rock pit reach temperatures of over 140 plus, degrees in the three digit summer heat. Making our apartment cooling bills high.

Repair management and employees come and go, looking for better jobs, and telling renters their disgusted with property managements lack of concern for renters. Which, causes them stress from renters complaints.

One guy, fell on an unmarked paved area and lost use of his wrist and hand, and spent some $10,000.00 medical bills.

Since Bridge Proprty Management took over this past year, people are unhappy, the grounds are unsafe and their moving out one after another.

I wrote this because my family has been affected by the uncaring management and danger to their own lives. I beleive it is my duty to share this to protect unsuspecting new reneters especially those with children, the elderly and disabled.

My mother and father, bot elderly and disabled moved into Cambria. Afterwards, they soon discovered the costs outweighed the comfort of living at Cambria.

Recently, they painted the complex a darl gray, which is insane for a desert color, that absorbs heat and raise the tennants cooling (electrical) bills at least 10 to 20% because their apartments are much hotter due to the dark gray absorbing the intense heat.

They removed the grass and put in river rocks to reduce their costs of upkeep, but again, the walkways are now so hot from the raidiated heat of the rocks it unbearable.

The rmodle units to increase new sales, but the tennants that grow their business remain in old units and find it impossible to relocate with the prices.

They passed a no-smoking law which is ok, but the walk through keyed gates that tennants can use are welded shut. So, those that do want to smoke either walk six city blocks to go out the lain gate and back or they climb over the steel fences.

The staff is above and beyond in kindness and help, but the corporate heads that make the decisons are either not smart or paying someone to do stupid work that makes the tennants lives miserable.

If you are one day over the rent date, the eviction process beguns. My parents friends are real old and when SS was late they had to pay late fees and attorney fees.

So, think twice, the complex offices and common areas are beautiful and the select units are beautiful. But, the grounds are rock now and hot, the walls are ugly gray and hot, and the gates are weded shut.
