I started service in June and specifically advised the agent, I wanted my automatic withdrawal date for my payment on a specific day since I get paid only once a month.
The agent assured me that I was going to get the date as I requested. When he sent me the sign up paperwork, it had a different date on it. I called their corporate office and they stated I needed to contact the agent. I emailed him and he called me back stating that date didnt matter, its manually fixed on his end. I was assured again.
Everything was setup and when the billing came through on my bank card, it came on the day that was not expected at all. The date was never changed. I got overdraft fees. I called corporate again, and they refused to help me .I called the agent again, he said it was a mistake and he was reaching out to corporate to get it all fixed.
Next month, same thing. I got so upset since I got overdraft fees again. I told him just to cancel the services. He said come in to the location. I went in. He had me speak with his manager named Luke, who was very nice and apologised multiple times. He said corporate should have helped but he said he would make it right. He gave me a month free which would be August and due to the overdraft fees, he took $70.00 off for the septemeber rate.
August came, I got billed again at the incorrect date. Got billed overdraft fees again. Called corporate office, they stated I needed to contact the agent yet again. When I contacted the agent, he stated he would give me the number to contact his manager again.
So, I get screwed and I am supposed to do the leg work to contact the manager. I expressed my concern and he stated he would have the manager contact me. I have not been contacted till today by the manager.
I went into the location on 09/12/17 and spoke to a supervisor and a manager. I wanted to cancel my services and they were trying to charge me $300.00 for the termination fee. Why would I cancel if everything was done right on their end?
They said well let us talk to the manager and we will call you back shortly. I was there till 1:25 pm. 5:30 pm no phone call, I called them back. The manager that I spoke with was her last day before her leave started so she had gone. The supervisor couldn't help but discount $114.00 off the termination. I was sooooo upset.
She said she will have the manager contact me on 09/13/17. Today is 09/14/17 , as I am writing my ordeal. NO Contact from the manager .
What does a person need to do to get justice from companies like this?

Cancelled again via their prefered method which was to send me an email with some sort of form. Nothing came. Cancelled again in May, finally my account was closed but because they kept charging me, I am now overdue. When I called, they kept giving me excuses about why it wasn’t cancelled.
I signed up for a membership at California Family Fitness in March. I was moving abroad in July and asked before signing up if I could freeze my account until I return to California. She assured me it would be no problem.
In July, I confirmed that I wanted to freeze my account? I was told it was no problem and I would not be charged.
They have continually charged my credit card and are refusing to stand by what their representatives told me.
