California DMV Renewal Reviews
I was being clumsy when I hurriedly clicked their website when I googled California DMV car registration renewal as I was late with my renewal. I paid the required fees and waited, for a month now still no registration received. I checked dmv and it’s still overdue. I tried calling and emailing but no reply. I checked my bank account for contact and found a cellphone (310)4977770. I called and a John Mitcham’s voicemail greeting was heard. He turns out to be the CEO. It seem like the phone number is John Mitcham personal phone number. No reply up to now.
I went throught the site to pay for tags. I purchased them and got a comfirmation email stating I shoud receive my tags in 3-5 business day. I looked as it has been over five days and I still not received them in the mail. I called and got no answer and emailed and just got the standard well be with you soon reply. I checked the real DMV website and it showed that I still owed money for my tags meaning that the $200+ I spent did not go towards my tags and i was ripped off and now have to spend more money to ACTUALLY get my tags for my vehicle.
Used the online service paid twice and wasn't sent anything. Tried to contact and just get hung up on.
I paid $200.00 for car regisertion renewed,this company I thought was DMV ,did it on line what they sent me was tempory title the receipt says $60.00 then another charge for $27.00 then the titil paper says $116 nothing matches this isn't what I wanted can't get ahold of company. I can't. Afford to be ripped off I still have to renew my car and have no idea how I'm going to do that .
I did not have time to go to the DMV to transfer ownership of a vehicle I bought for an employee so I searched on-line for a company that does this service.
I read their website and thought they were a reputable company so I gave them the basic information and paid their fees and the DMV fees.
They claimed they would have it done in 3 - 4 days. A week later I checked on their website, the first time their was no update other than paid. I sent an email asking what was up, they never replied. Later that day the update said shipped.
I waited another week and I neverreceived anything. I sent another email, they never replied.
Another week ans still nothing, I called the phone number they give and only got a recording.
Here I am at rip off report.
